A personal highlight of my first trip to JavaPolis last week was meeting Java product marketing goddess Jean Elliott. Here we are backstage (rock and roll!) along with some old geezer that wandered into shot :-)

Wow, I think I met Jean Elliott at JavaOne 2007. I didn't realize how high up the ladder she is at Sun! I was at the wrong place for "Canadian Night" and she walked me over to a building down the road and brought me straight to the correct room. She was a very pleasant woman.
